Midweight Designer

Job description

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated Designer to develop and supply original, creative and polished designs for our rich array of clients. You will be responsible for delivering high quality campaigns across social, web and print, and will be involved in repositioning and refreshing existing brands. You must be gifted and hard working, and able to interpret client briefs and produce eye-catching designs, as well as driven to see these through to fruition. We envisage that you are currently a Junior Designer and looking to make your move up to a midweight role.


As a member of our growing Design Team, you’ll be passionate about solving meaningful challenges and making a difference for global brands. You are full of enthusiasm and curiosity for the design industry and have the ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign with excellent attention to detail, and your own creative flair.

These things are a must:

  • A stand out portfolio with a wide range of work, encompassing social, web and print assets;

  • At least two years’ experience working at Junior Designer level;

  • A solid understanding of design principles;

  • The ability to interpret client briefs and to follow brand guidelines and existing looks and feels;

  • A keen eye for typography, composition and layout;

  • Enthusiasm and curiosity for the design industry;

  • Fluency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;

  • Demonstrable eagerness to work in the sports marketing industry;

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills;

  • Strong initiative and proactivity;

  • Organised with the ability to work to deadlines;

  • A willingness to learn and share knowledge;

  • A team player through and through, and a natural relationship builder;

  • A great work ethic and a can-do attitude;

  • The ability to thrive while working in a fast paced, high energy environment with daily deadlines.

A bonus but not required:

  • Previous Agency experience.

  • Knowledge of After Effects and/or Cinema 4D.
