Senior Designer

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated Senior Designer to join our Design Team, to work across both our brand and campaign projects. Alongside the Creative Team, the Design Team is responsible for developing an existing art direction into finalised pieces of functional, well crafted executions. 

With our ever increasing portfolio of branding projects, we are looking to hire someone with the right expertise for this field and it is essential that your portfolio reflects this, both in terms of the final execution and your design process. 

• A stand out portfolio with a wide range of work, encompassing social, web and print assets with clear focus on brand identities and brand campaigns;

• At least five years design experience, gained within a design studio;

• Proven expertise in formulating and applying brand guidelines;

• A solid understanding of design principles;

• Passionate about the overall user experience;

• Curious about emerging technologies and how it can boost our design output;

• A keen eye for typography, composition and layout;

• Proficient at retouching and creating bespoke image treatments;

• A meticulous eye for detail;

• Thorough knowledge of the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign;

• Demonstrable eagerness to work in the sports marketing industry;

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills;

• Strong initiative and proactivity;

• Plenty of experience working with Creative Directors and Art Directors;

• Organised with the ability to work to varying deadlines and budgets;

• A natural leader with a willingness to share knowledge;

• A team player through and through, and a natural relationship builder;

• A great work ethic and a can-do attitude;

• Confident in creating, presenting and selling your design concepts to peers and clients alike.
